Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Klangnacht events, tickets, merchandise, and services. By purchasing a ticket, entering an event, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Tickets & entry

  • Tickets are valid only when purchased through Klangnacht’s official ticketing channels or an authorised resale platform.
  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where refund protection has been purchased through the ticketing provider.
  • Tickets may be transferred only through the method or resale platform approved by Klangnacht. Tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers may be invalid and refused at the door.
  • Each ticket is valid for one person and one entry only. Once scanned, it cannot be reused.
  • You are responsible for keeping your ticket secure. Klangnacht is not responsible for lost, stolen, duplicated, damaged, or misused tickets.
  • Entry is subject to capacity, venue rules, security checks, and the event’s stated door hours. Please arrive on time—late entry is not guaranteed.
  • A valid government-issued ID may be required for age verification. Guests who do not meet the stated age requirement will not be admitted and will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Leaving the venue after entry may mean you cannot re-enter.

2. Resale & unauthorised use

Tickets may not be resold for profit, used for giveaways, promotions, or commercial purposes without Klangnacht’s prior written approval. We reserve the right to cancel tickets or refuse entry where tickets have been obtained, transferred, or used in breach of these terms.

3. Security, searches & conduct

Entry to Klangnacht is conditional on compliance with venue rules and security procedures.

  • All guests may be subject to bag checks, pat-downs, and other reasonable security searches upon entry or during the event.
  • Refusal to comply with a search or a reasonable instruction from Klangnacht, venue staff, security, police, or emergency personnel may result in refused entry or removal without refund.
  • Klangnacht has a zero-tolerance policy for violence, harassment, discrimination, unwanted touching, intimidation, unsafe behaviour, or conduct that disrupts the safety and experience of others.
  • We may refuse entry, remove guests, or involve authorities where necessary to protect the safety of our community, staff, artists, and venue.

4. Prohibited items

The following are not permitted inside the venue and may be confiscated:

  • Illegal drugs, nitrous oxide, or drug paraphernalia
  • Weapons, fireworks, flares, laser pointers, pepper spray, or dangerous objects
  • Outside alcohol, glass bottles, cans, and outside food or drinks, unless required for medical reasons
  • Professional cameras, video or audio equipment, drones, and recording equipment without prior written approval
  • Large bags, selfie sticks, or items that may obstruct, injure, or endanger others
  • Animals, except service animals where legally required

Confiscated items may not be returned. Any guest found with prohibited or illegal items may be denied entry, removed from the venue, and reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Photography & filming

Respect the people around you.

Personal photos and short videos are allowed unless otherwise announced, but please do not use flash and do not film or photograph anyone without their consent. Professional, commercial, or press photography and videography require prior written approval from Klangnacht.

By attending, you acknowledge that Klangnacht and its authorised partners may photograph or record the event. These materials may be used across our social media, website, promotional materials, and future event communications without compensation.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak to a member of the Klangnacht team when possible. While we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in crowd footage.

6. Health, safety & personal belongings

You attend Klangnacht at your own risk. Events may include loud music, strobe lighting, lasers, smoke effects, dense crowds, and other production elements.

Please take care of yourself, use hearing protection, stay hydrated, and seek assistance from staff or medical personnel if you feel unwell. Klangnacht is not responsible for personal injury, hearing damage, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Lockers, if available, are used at your own risk. Do not leave valuables unattended.

7. Event changes, postponement & cancellation

Lineups, set times, venue details, and production elements may change without notice. Klangnacht will make reasonable efforts to deliver the event as announced, but artist cancellations, timetable changes, or other changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated. If an event is cancelled, Klangnacht will communicate the available options through our official channels and ticketing partner. Any refund, where applicable, will be limited to the ticket’s face value and handled according to the ticketing provider’s process. Service, booking, travel, accommodation, and other third-party costs are not refundable by Klangnacht.

8. Merchandise & third-party vendors

All Klangnacht merchandise sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preferences after purchase.

Please check your order details and sizing carefully before completing your purchase. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info.klangnacht@gmail.com within [7] days of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

9. Website & communications

We aim to keep all event information accurate and up to date, but details may change. Please refer to Klangnacht’s official website and social channels for the latest information.

By providing your contact details during ticket purchase or sign-up, you agree to receive essential event-related communications. Marketing communications will only be sent where you have opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

Klangnacht may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website, services, or attendance at an event after updates are published means you accept the revised terms.
