Getting there / can I park on site?

Ride apps recommended. Limited parking available — plan ahead or don’t drive.
👕 MERCH

Where is the merch booth? 

  • The official merch booth is located near the bar and exit. Look for signage on arrival. Limited stocks available in the venue. First come, first served.

What payment methods are accepted?

  • Merch purchases will be available via cash and Gcash only.
🎟️ TICKETS

Can we still buy tickets?

  • Walk-in tickets will not be available on the day of the event. We've intentionally capped capacity to ensure enough space to dance, shorter queues, better airflow, and an overall better experience for everyone. Once tickets are sold out, that's it—no exceptions.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another person prior to venue entry. Once the ticket QR code is scanned, it becomes invalid for any other use.

🚭 SMOKING

  • Vapes will be allowed inside
  • Smoking area will be provided in our designated area outside the venue.
  • Penalty for smoking cigarettes inside the venue will amount to 3.000₱

❌ RACISM, SEXISM AND QUEERPHOBIA ARE NOT TOLERATED.

👕 DRESS CODE

  • No slippers or flip flops allowed inside the venue. Please wear proper footwear.
  • Other than that, anything goes! This is a space for self-expression — from all black to full chaos. Just come ready to move. You’ll be dancing for hours.

📸 CAMERA POLICY
Klangnacht is about dancing and connecting — not about blasting people on social media.

Using your phone camera is allowed, but respectfully. This means asking for consent and no flash on the dance floor.
🚪 ENTRY POLICIES

What can I bring in? 

  • Small bags (max 30x30cm), earplugs, phone chargers, cigarettes/vape, lighter. 

What’s banned from the venue?

  • All attendees are subject to bag checks. 
  • Alcohol, water bottles, glass, illegal substances, professional cameras (DSLR/lenses over 5cm), laser pointers, selfie sticks, fireworks, or anything deemed a safety hazard by security. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

Can I re enter the venue? 

Re-entry is permitted with a valid stamp or wristband. 

Entry refusal / removal from the venue

  • This is a private event, we will uphold our right to deny entry or remove you from the premises for breaking any of our listed rules. Our staff upholds the right to deny entry without giving any reason.
🍭 WELFARE & SUPPORT

Is there a medical booth?
There is a medical / first aid booth near the exit to the venue. If you or someone around you starts to feel unwell, or you just need to chat to someone, head over and speak to our team there.

Is there free drinking water?

Yes. Bottled water is available at the bar. There will also be free water filling stations around the venue

Free lollipops will also be available throughout the venue while supplies last. 🍭
